First-time buyers find their ideal family home

Laura and her partner Paul were over the moon when the hunt for their first home together led them to a spacious three-storey home at our Kings Moat Garden Village development in Chester.

The keys to a dream home

During the search for their perfect home, the couple were expecting their son George, who was born in April 2021. They were looking for a house that had enough space for their new arrival as well as Paul’s 11 year old daughter Rosie, and found that The Braxton house type was ideally suited to their needs.

With areas of open space, including a play area and great links to the surrounding area, Kings Moat Garden Village ticked all of the boxes for the family in terms of location too.

Laura said: “We love the family feel of the development. The quiet roads, open spaces and paths make it perfect for Rosie to play out on her bike. We also love the beehives dotted around the development.  

“With the arrival of George, we wanted a house with enough space for the four of us and somewhere with a large garden that the children could play in. We love how the garden feels like an extension of the house and it's a lovely feeling to come downstairs and open the french doors in the morning and have a walk around the garden. We couldn’t ask for more.”

Paul adds: “We found our dream home at the perfect time as we were able to choose our options and personalise our house prior to George’s due date, so we could focus on our family while we waited for our house to be ready. ”
