Paul said: “It had always been a lifelong dream to own my own home. I decided to pop into the Taylor Wimpey sales office at Heather Gardens, just to see what my options were as a first time buyer. I had not expected to be able to purchase a house at that moment in time, however I was pleasantly surprised following my appointment with the sales executives.”

Paul continues: “Tracey and Toni were very knowledgeable and guided me through all of my options. They informed me that I was able to use the Government's Help To Buy Scheme and they helped me through the entire process. It couldn't have been easier and I am so happy with the outcome.”

Having previously rented a two bedroom house in North Earlham, Paul knew what he wanted from his perfect property: “I really wanted a new build home, so that I didn't have any work to do when I moved in. I also knew that I didn't want to move too far away from where I was living and chose to keep to the west side of Norwich.

“Having done my research on developers in the area and seeing the style of houses that Taylor Wimpey were producing for myself, my mind was made up. One of the best things about the development is the overall layout, it is a very stylish and attractive place to live.”

Paul adds: “I took a good look around the development and really liked the design of properties on offer. After careful consideration, I chose the Braxton house type as it was nice and spacious, with a lovely big garden and parking available. My favourite parts of the house have to be the master bedroom with an en-suite and the spacious kitchen.”
