Family falls in love with Manford house at Hadley Grange

A family who recently made the move to our Hadley Grange development in Leighton Buzzard couldn’t be happier with their decision to move to the area

Emma and Jack Johnson moved to Hadley Grange with their family after deciding that they ultimately wanted to be closer to family, friends and the amenities that the area has to offer

Emma said: “We’ve been really happy since we’ve moved into Hadley Grange, the best thing for us is that we have family who live close by on phase one of this development, and our daughter has friends who live on this phase of the development as it’s close to her school, which makes it great for play dates. Also, there is a local park where we can meet friends and it’s close to the motorway for my partner’s commute to work.”

Emma and Jack purchased The Manford, a detached, four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with an open-plan kitchen-diner. Upstairs, there are four well-proportioned bedrooms ideal for kids and guests, including the main bedroom with ensuite.

Speaking on why they chose a new build property, Jack said, “The floor plan and size of the property is much more generous than other new build properties we looked at and the high standard of quality compared to our previous new builds made us feel secure in the property we were buying.”

Emma said, “The Manford house type is perfect for us as it has lots of space for our family and if we were to grow our family, we still have room to do so. We currently use the study downstairs as a playroom for our children which they love. We have a big extended family so having the space to host was a must for us and the kitchen / dining area is perfect for hosting everyone. Our favourite features of the Manford were the huge bay windows as they make the lounge so bright and airy and the separate utility room which is great for hiding all our laundry with a family of four!”
