Family feeling right at home in Trimley St Martin

A young family has settled perfectly in their new home on our Poppyfield Green development after moving in earlier this year.

New family home

Daniel James Hewitt and his wife Stef, both 33, and their daughters Mia and Connie, 12 and 9 respectively, moved into their home on 8th July after selling their three-bed home in Walton. The family wanted a slightly bigger home, and they wanted to stay in Felixstowe for their work and their daughters’ schooling; Daniel describes Poppyfield Green as “the perfect location for us.”

Daniel and Stef are fans of new builds for different reasons. Daniel said: “Stef likes the new build because it’s clean and untouched, and I like it because nothing really needs to be done to it.”

Talking about the experience of buying with Taylor Wimpey, Daniel said: “It was fantastic, and it was all down to Sales Executive Jacky. We’d also like to thank everyone who played a role in our house journey.”

This is their second new build home, but Taylor Wimpey stood out from the crowd. Daniel said: “We looked around a lot more this time, and we were very impressed with Taylor Wimpey compared to the others.” 

Talking about their favourite features of their new home, Daniel said: “There are too many to choose from! But to name a few: we love the separate utility room, the garage, the breakfast bar, and the patio doors which open out onto the garden from the living room.”

As well as their new home, the family are delighted with the development. Daniel said: “We think it’s brilliant. The best thing is the view of the poppies at the front.”
