Family settle into life in their new home in Costessey

A young family who recently made the move to our Hampden View development in Costessey couldn’t be happier choosing to buy with us for the second time.

Pedro and Marta Laginha, who bought on the Queens Hill development in 2016, were looking to upgrade their home as their family grew and after a great experience with Taylor Wimpey previously they decided to purchase on the new Hampden View development; Pedro said, “We were very pleased to find a great opportunity inside a development we had liked the look of for quite some time. The open spaces and wide main road of the development caught our eye. It looked like a very friendly and welcoming community.”

They settled on a spacious five-bedroom, Winterford housetype, Pedro explains: “When we found the advert for a lovely five-bedroom house within our budget, it didn’t take long for us to decide. The house was spacious, with two ensuites, a hallway, two living rooms, a study and a large kitchen with an island, and as a home cook, I confess this area of the house really caught my eye. We knew we had to make a move quickly and we did!”

After moving into their home during the summer last year, the family couldn’t be happier with their new life at Hampden View: “Half a year into living in our new home and we are loving life at Hampden View, as it has a quiet, safe environment and a positive, friendly community. We are also very happy with the house itself and it is everything we had dreamt of.”
