We teach students from across Berkshire, Surrey and Wales

Our West London team welcomed students from across Berkshire, Surrey and Wales to our The Evergreens site in Wokingham to learn about house building and the construction industry.

Teaching the next generation

The Wheeler Programme, a fully funded educational programme for 100 selected state school pupils, gives students the opportunity to visit different workplaces and environments to pick up new experiences and skills. 

The students received a personal tour around The Evergreens development to view the different property types and be guided on the different stages of the construction process.

This was followed by a variety of interactive sessions, including how the housebuilder purchases land for a prospective development and an interactive walkthrough of the steps that then take place to enable the development to take shape.
