We deliver festive cheer to school breakfast clubs in England and Scotland

We’re proud to be a Corporate Partner of Magic Breakfast, a charity that provides free, nutritious breakfasts to school children facing hunger, giving them the energy they need to learn and thrive.

Supporting charities

We have made a contribution of over £70,000 to the charity, helping to provide over 257,142 breakfasts for pupils in eight schools in England and Scotland during the school term of September 2023 to September 2024.

To celebrate the new partnership, we took part in the charity’s ‘Magic Makers’ Christmas appeal, which aims to make school breakfast clubs engaging and fun for all.

Earlier this month, teams from around the UK visited seven schools to deliver presents to pupils who attend the breakfast club.

Caroline Proctor, our Charity Committee Lead, said: “We are delighted to support the charity, Magic Breakfast, who do such fantastic work in providing children with a nutritious meal to start the day.

“We had a great time being Magic Makers and we hope our Christmas gifts will continue to bring joy to the pupils attending breakfast clubs in 2024.”

Ali Roberts, Head of Partnerships at Magic Breakfast, said: "We're delighted that Taylor Wimpey has joined our cause and partnered with us to help tackle the horrifying reality of child hunger in the UK, with one in four children at risk of going hungry.

“Through their generous donations they have already helped us provide over 298,000 breakfasts for children and young people, giving them the fuel they need to learn and thrive."

This isn’t the first time we have supported Magic Breakfast. Last year we ran a Winter charity appeal and raised £11,458 - equating to the provision of 40,920 breakfasts.

We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Magic Breakfast into 2024.
