We help to spread the Christmas cheer in Romsey

Every year the festive season brings the community together and as part of our ongoing commitment to support the local communities in which we build, we have donated £250 to the Romsey Abbey Christmas Fair.

Supporting our communities

The fair, which was held on Saturday 25th November, was a great success and raised over £7,500, which will be invested into the day to day running of Romsey Abbey.   There was plenty on offer at the fair, with visitors enjoying mulled wine and parents seizing the opportunity to stock up on Christmas presents. One of the most popular stalls was the grand draw, where families had the chance to win a £75 John Lewis voucher, thanks to another generous donation from ourselves.

Rosamund Wells, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “We are delighted to have supported the Romsey Abbey Christmas Fair this year. The money which will help fund Romsey Abbey means a great deal to us. Supporting the local community, schools and surrounding businesses close to our Broadleaf Park development is extremely important to us and we were pleased to hear that the Christmas fair was such a success.”
