We spread Christmas joy with tree donation to Shrewsbury school

The Mereside C of E youngsters have decorated the tree with a collection of hats and scarves, which will later be donated to a women and children's refuge in Shrewsbury.

Laura Hopley, Executive Principal at Mereside C of E Primary Academy said: “We were thrilled when Taylor Wimpey reached out to us to offer us a Christmas tree. The children had a really fun time getting all christmassy and honing their creative skills when decorating it. It’s a magical time of year for us at the school, and thanks to Taylor Wimpey we were able to make it that extra bit special.”
