Hampstead RFC Women+ are part of the Hampstead Rugby Club, which was originally founded in 1863, making it one of the oldest clubs in the world.
The club is committed to delivering high-quality rugby coaching in Hampstead and the local district, with the goal of guiding young gifted players into the first teams and beyond.
