Partnership project with bespoke design
Plumb Park is a partnership project with local landowner Clinton Devon Estates, offering 264 new homes with Arts and Crafts inspired design, set within landscaped public open space. It is in with a chance of winning the Large Residential Development of the Year honour in this year’s South West Residential Property Awards.
The awards, run by Insider Media, aim to shine a spotlight on the very best residential schemes and projects across the region. The winners will be announced on Thursday 27th April.
