Elaine and James Yates and their daughter Niamh moved to Valiant Fields in July, moving from their family home in Coventry. Looking for a rural lifestyle and a change after 20 years of city living, the Yates’ were attracted by the ‘financial aspiration’ of a new build home, and after much research of the location, the development and Taylor Wimpey, they made their decision.
