Supporting vital charities

The charity, which is run by volunteers, offers a variety of support services to children up to their 18th birthday.  Since its establishment in 1978, thousands of children have benefitted from their help and services.

Our £1,000 donation has been used towards helping local children with complex medical needs develop basic skills such as gardening, cooking and understanding their local environment.

Granville Jenkins, Chairman of Bristol Children's Charity, said: “We rely on support from local businesses and would like to extend our gratitude to Taylor Wimpey for their donation. Their funding has helped us to continue to provide our much needed services for disadvantaged children.”

Commenting on the donation, Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol, said: “We are incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to support the Bristol Children's Charity. They do such fantastic work and we hope our donation has gone some way towards helping them to continue to provide their invaluable help to local children who need it.”
