Grove Pre-School design flag at our Netherton Grange development

Children at the Grove Pre-School in Nailsea have designed a flag to welcome visitors to our Netherton Grange development in Nailsea.

A creative welcome

Now that the flag is waving proudly at the development, the pre-schoolers were excited to come and see it for themselves. 

Caroline Reynolds, Owner at Grove Pre-School, said: “The children had lots of  ideas for the flag and we incorporated them into the design, including a sunshine to represent Pre-school. The children took turns to fingerpaint and we thought the finished product was a fantastic team effort. They really enjoyed going to see the flag at Netherton Grange; their faces lit up when they spotted it!”

Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol, said: “We wanted something a bit different to welcome our customers to the site and felt that the local pre-schoolers would be the perfect designers for our new flag. It’s lovely to hear that they enjoyed helping us with this creative task and we think they did a great job!”
