£1,000 Community Chest

For the second time this year, we are inviting people across Kent to nominate a local group, organisation or community initiative they think is most deserving of a helping hand.

Whether it is a local charity that relies on donations to carry out its work in the community, or a group or organisation that makes a real difference to local people, we hope our £1000 donation will help.

We were delighted to announce Making Miracles, a charity providing support and counselling to families across Kent & Medway who have experienced birth trauma and baby bereavement, as the winner of our last competition and you could be next.

Kelly Wells, CEO for Making Miracles, said: “We are so delighted to receive this donation in our tenth year having supported over 5000 families locally. It will help us to continue to offer our services and provide bereavement care for people in their darkest moments. Thank you so much.”

If you live in Kent, we’d love to hear from you. You can email the name of your nominee, along with a brief description of why they have been nominated, to [email protected]

All nominations will need to be received by Sunday 11th August 2024 and we’ll contact the winner by the end of August 2024

Best of luck to all nominees!
