We give another boost to Glenboig Development Trust

At the launch of our new homes for sale in Glenboig, we teamed up with Glenboig Development Trust to donate £25 for each new home sold and legally completed within our first phase of 161 new homes at Meadowside.

Continuous support

We donated the latest tranche of £500 this month taking our total to £925 so far. In total, a grand sum of £4,025 will be paid to Glenboig Development Trust as work at the development progresses.

This donation follows various ways in which Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has supported the organisation over the past several years including several donations of soil for the community garden, support for the annual Children’s Christmas Party and the supply of tree saplings to form part of the Queen’s Green Canopy project.

The money will go directly to supporting the work that Glenboig Development Trust provides locally at The Life Centre, which is located just a few minutes’ walk from our development.

Supported by Glenboig Development Trust, The Life Centre is the hub of the village of Glenboig, and it aims to improve the health and well-being of every member of the local community.

From its extensive Senior Care programme which offers support and activities for older members of the community, to its Children, Young People and Families programmes, The Life Centre provides a wealth of activities to encourage members of the local community to improve their quality of life, health and general wellbeing.
