Our North West team helped a group of volunteers raise vital funds for the Willowbrook hospice by donating £500 towards the annual Ladies Lunch event held by the Hospice’s Ladies Committee.

The event held at Knowsley Hall by Willowbrook Hospice Ladies Committee was a great success with around 120 women in attendance raising £13,500. The money will go towards the Hospice care unit, aiming to improve the lives of those with complex needs.

The hospice provides free, compassionate care to adults in and surrounding areas living with a life-limiting illness. Their dedicated team provides specialised and personalised care to support patients and their family members, helping them to deal with the physical and emotional effects of both the illness and treatments.

Fiona Perry, volunteer member of the Willowbrook Hospice Ladies Committee, said: “A huge thank you to all at Taylor Wimpey on behalf of the Ladies Committee and Willowbrook Hospice for their generous donation towards our hugely successful Ladies Lunch event.

“The support from Taylor Wimpey for the event has been invaluable, helping to raise crucial funds for the Hospice's ongoing work of providing essential care for people who have a life-limiting or terminal illness.”

We are building new homes in St Helens, at the Anderton Green and Sherdley Green developments, offering a stunning collection of properties with a fantastic range of amenities making it the ideal place to call home.
