We Sponsor Northgate Primary School’s ‘Beside the Seaside’ Summer Fayre

We have proudly sponsored Bishop Stortford’s Northgate Primary School with a £2,000 donation towards their annual ‘Beside the Seaside’ Summer Fayre.

Supporting our communities

The fayre, which took place on Saturday 8th June, is a much-anticipated event in the community and was attended by over 1,500 visitors and raised over £5,000 which is a record for the fayre.

There was plenty of fun to be had, with visitors enjoying live performances showcasing student and local talent, teacher tug of war, inflatables and rides, stallholder delights, crazy golf, face painting, arts and crafts, food and drink stalls and so much more.

Jane Tanner, Head Teacher at Northgate Primary School said: "What a spectacular afternoon we had celebrating our beach themed Summer Fayre. It is a fantastic community event for our school. We've had fun raising much needed money to support the school and provide a wealth of opportunities for our pupils. Our PTA did a fantastic job at organising a superb afternoon that was enjoyed by so many people. We greatly appreciate the support from Taylor Wimpey and all financial support to ensure the success of these events."
