We support The Clifftop Challenge
Now in its tenth year, the fundraiser took place on Saturday 14th June and raised over £25,000 for Breast Cancer Now. Over 600 runners took part in the event, completing routes ranging from five to 55 miles long, before enjoying food and live music at the finish at Walmer Green in Deal.
Mike Griggs, organiser of The Clifftop Challenge, said: “We're incredibly grateful for the support from Taylor Wimpey and our other sponsors which goes towards covering the costs of putting on this event. It was brilliant to see such a great turnout this year and I’d like to thank all of the participants and donors for helping to raise such a fantastic amount of money for Breast Cancer Now. The challenge has raised over £193,000 over the last ten years and we’re already looking forward to making next year’s event the best yet.”
Jason Stokes, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey South East, said: “The Clifftop Challenge raises much needed funds for a very worthy cause and we were pleased to offer our support. Congratulations to all the participants and everyone involved in making this year's run a success."
