Building partnerships

The event, held on Friday 23rd February, aimed to provide us with the valuable opportunity to engage with various stakeholders in the Sawbridgeworth area, fostering collaboration, gathering feedback, and building relationships within the local community.

The event saw a diverse array of attendees, including local councillors, representatives from local businesses, and the MP for Hertford and Stortford, Julie Marson. The purpose was to facilitate direct engagement between us and local stakeholders, allowing for the sharing of insights, discussions on potential collaborations, and the collection of feedback on ongoing projects.

Paresh Pandya, Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, said: "We were thrilled with the turnout and engagement at our recent Tudor Park event. It was truly rewarding to see stakeholders from various sectors come together to discuss shared interests and opportunities for collaboration. Events like these are instrumental in fostering strong relationships within the communities in which we operate."

A notable highlight of the event was the inclusion of a time capsule which will be buried at the development. Invitees had the opportunity to contribute various items representing the current time. These included photos, meeting minutes from local councils, letters to future generations, and crafts from Mandeville Primary School and Leventhorpe Secondary School.

Events such as this demonstrate our dedication to supporting and engaging with stakeholders and working collaboratively towards shared goals within the local community.
