Ducks on a Mission: How we contributed to a great cause in Chester

We’ve helped raise funds for a Chester hospital by once again sponsoring a duck in their charity’s annual race.

The Countess of Chester Hospital Charity’s duck race is back this May 2024. The donations from this event went towards the charity’s Retinal Eye Scanner Appeal which is due to launch imminently.

The race successfully raised £31,200 funds for a state of the art retinal imaging machine for the Westminster Eye Clinic at the hospital.

We are building new homes across the North West, including at Kings Moat Garden Village in Chester.  We are sponsoring the Duck Race for the third time in a row by purchasing a red rubber duck, and we asked children at St Claire’s Catholic Primary School to decorate it on our behalf.

The Duck Race Facebook Favourite album is now live and the duck with the most likes has won a trophy.
