Chobham Manor wins Best Large Development in Evening Standard Awards

We’re delighted that Chobham Manor, on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, has won the Best Large Development category in this year’s Evening Standard New Homes Awards

Leaving an Olympic legacy

Chobham Manor was the first residential development in the regeneration of Stratford that began with the 2012 London Olympic Games. 

We worked with the London Legacy Development Corporation and L&Q to create a bold development designed for a wide range of people, seamlessly connecting with the adjacent park.

Now, 10 years after the Games, there are only a few homes left to sell and a thriving community has formed Chobham Manor. A strong residents association organises regular events and there are also new shops and facilities, including a nursery.
