Land off Gloucester Road
We have received a resolution to grant full planning permission for a development of 107 high-quality homes on land off Gloucester Road in Cheltenham.
This permission is subject to the signing of a Section 106 agreement, which sets out financial contributions which we will make towards improving local services, facilities and infrastructure in conjunction with our development.
We are working with current landowners, Travis Perkins, to conclude this agreement so that full planning permission can be finalised and the development progressed.
Our planning application was submitted to Cheltenham Borough Council in January 2013 following a public consultation in November 2012. A parallel planning application was also submitted for the relocation of Travis Perkins to a new site in Tewkesbury Road. Both planning applications require approval before our proposed development can go ahead.
