Here's what our customers have to say about their Taylor Wimpey homesLocal investment
A home is more than just a house, it's also about the community that surrounds it. And that's why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
Our contributions to the community
Across the Bristol region, we have supported numerous organisations and charities throughout 2024 to make a difference within the community.Among the causes we supported last year was our Charity of the Year for 2024, Caring in Bristol. Back in December, we donated £2,000 as well as clothing to Caring in Bristol, a charity that supports homeless and vulnerable people across the region.
Over the course of last year, we donated approximately £20,000 to community groups, causes and schools including Quedegley Community Pantry, Children’s Hospice South West, Avon & Somerset Search and Rescue and Nailsea in Bloom among others.
Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol said: “At Taylor Wimpey, we’re passionate about supporting the communities close to our developments across the Bristol region. We’re honoured to have been able to support so many important causes over the course of 2024 and we’re looking forward to furthering our support during the coming year.”

"We have been dealing with Sam & Jo at Whittle Gardens. It makes a refreshing change to actually deal with PEOPLE !! you can sit down and talk to rather than being spoken at.
They have made us comfortable during our purchasing process and have ben very understanding and helpful with our many queries/requests. Taylor Wimpey, these 2 persons are a credit to your company."
"After having such a poor experience with another developer on the same site, we were hesitant to go with another new build developer. We've had the complete opposite experience and we've been treated so kindly and patiently we were actually taken aback. Jo has been beyond wonderful and is an absolute credit to TW. We've now reserved a plot and are so excited, especially with having Jo and the rest of the Whittle Gardens team to aid us through the process. They've taken such care and time and have made us feel like valued customers, which means a lot."
"We purchased a house from Taylor Wimpey on the Whittle Gardens estate in Gloucester and have had a very positive experience. The sales team were very helpful and great at communicating where we were in the process and any issues. Since moving in, we had an independent professional snagging report completed and the inspector was very complementary of the build/structural quality with only minor/cosmetic issues to deal with. The site manager and customer relations manager have also been very responsive with a full run through of the issues, which contractors would be coming to resolve them and within a week of this meeting the resolutions started."
