The homes on this modern development have been thoughtfully designed with a mixture of red bricks and also a mixture of grey, white or blue render which is in keeping with our previous homes in Barry. With only 58 homes on this development, it is easy to find your way around. 
There are views of the open water in many of the homes, and the development just a mile and a half away from Whitmore bay, it’s perfect to get there by foot or bike.

*We understand that as part of the planning consent for this development a number of new homes may be designated as section 106 (section 75 in Scotland) affordable housing. These properties will remain as affordable housing tenure and are specifically shown to make it clear that they are not available for general sale. The remaining homes on the development are available for open market sale (including bulk sales) to purchasers, who could be private individuals or another type of purchaser (for example local authorities, housing associations or other commercial landlords), and therefore the mix of tenures on a development may change.

The perfect place to be

Part of the Barry dockland regeneration, Latitude will include a host of new local amenities, including cafes, restaurants a new primary school. There is also great amenities already close by, with the Pump house that includes a cafe and restaurant. The Goodsheds urban high street just under a mile away. There is also a supermarket close by for all the essentials. Just 8 miles away is the city of Cardiff via the M4, and there are also regular trains to the capital from Barry Docks railway station which is under 0.5 miles away .
