Shaun Taylor has been recognised as one of the best in the UK after winning a second prestigious award in 2025.
Following a Quality Award win earlier this year, Shaun has received a Pride in the Job 2025 Seal of Excellence Award from the National House-Building Council (NHBC), in recognition of his outstanding work at our Lark Grange in Bury St Edmunds.
This award honours excellence in site management and build quality, placing Ben in the top 5% of site managers in the UK. Now in its 45th year and widely considered the ‘Oscars’ of the house-building industry, Pride in the Job celebrates site managers’ dedication to raising standards in house building, showcasing best practice and rewarding excellence. Judging is rigorous and thousands of inspections have taken place to determine the 450 award winners from a field of circa 8,200 sites.
Shaun said: “I’m extremely proud to have received a Seal of Excellence Award from the NHBC. Me and the team at Lark Grange strive to provide our customers with high-quality homes, and I’m delighted that our work has been recognised.”
Barry Pennock, Production Director at Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “Receiving a Seal of Excellence award is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to Shaun’s dedication to building homes of the very highest quality for our customers.
“We have always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service, and our continued recognition as an NHBC award-winning homebuilder reflects that dedication. This award is thoroughly deserved, and we’re incredibly proud of Shaun and the team at Lark Grange.”
