News and update
The proposed final phase of our development in Cambuslang will deliver 206 new family homes.
Our proposals include an impressive range of two, three and four bedroom properties from both our 2016 and 2021 Scottish ranges. This includes terraced, semi-detached and detached housetypes to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
The development has been designed as extension to our thriving community at Newton Farm, and there is an area of green space within the development for the enjoyment of everyone in the community.
Community Text
We’re so confident in our service that we welcome Trustpilot reviews from all customers. Listening to your feedback and making sure you’re happy helps us to improve our service and allows us to continue leading the industry.
Supporting the community
Once again, we were delighted to show our support for Newton Road Runners annual local 3K and 10K road races. The event is held each November with a route around Newton Farm and it aims to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Care in memory of Cat Caskill.
As well as a £500 donation, we’re proud of our colleague Mark Lyden who ran the 10K route as part of this fun event that involved hundreds of runners – both regular and first-timers – to raise funds for this incredible charity.
Sustainability
As part of our commitment to sustainability and creating space for nature and its development, we are now gifting all homeowners with a complementary Beebomb. Each Beebomb is packed full of pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds that can be planted anywhere from open ground and private gardens, to pots and window boxes. Each one will provide a habitat for native bees and butterflies, and this will enable new homeowners to enjoy a more nature friendly garden.
