Welcome to village life at Broadleaf Park
Set in a fantastic location on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Rownhams, which is surrounded by the spectacular Hampshire countryside, yet close to all that Southampton and its thriving waterfront has to offer, is also within easy reach of the nearby market town of Romsey.
Building a brand new community of 300 homes, once completed the development will feature a community orchard and allotments, three separate play areas for young children and large areas of green open space to enjoy as you walk through the meandering footpaths to fields and woodlands beyond.
Why not register your interest or book an appointment to avoid missing out on joining this growing community in this village setting within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The development brings a range of designs where the appeal of traditional features combine with flowing contemporary living spaces. Every home has character, from double-fronted styles and exteriors of weatherboarding, to tiled canopy porches.
All homes at Broadleaf Park are now sold, however we are building a small development of new homes at our Bramley Park development in Warsash or why not consider joining the thriving community at Woodlands Chase, Whiteley.
About the development
Site plan
The primary public open space is the heart of this development. The street network has been designed so that highways and car parking do not dominate. To encourage low car speeds and to assist in traffic calming, at junctions and where pedestrian routes cross the street, levels have been raised to give pedestrians priority.
We have now sold out at Broadleaf Park, thank you for visiting the website. We are building new homes at Bramley Park in Warsash or at Woodlands Chase in Whiteley.

Welcome to Rownhams
Broadleaf Park occupies a fantastic location on the outskirts of this peaceful village which is surrounded by the spectacular Hampshire countryside, yet close to all that Romsey and Southampton have to offer.
All the essentials are within minutes of your front door, including supermarkets, schools, pubs and restaurants. However, a short journey into the city provides access to a huge selection of shops and entertainment, an eclectic mix of restaurants, plus regular ferries to the stunning Isle of Wight.
Local investment
A home is more than just a house, it's also about the community that surrounds it. And that's why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
