We’re delighted to announce that 53 of our Site Managers have been awarded an NHBC (National House-Building Council) Pride in the Job Quality Award for their dedication to building high quality homes.

The Pride in the Job awards recognise the dedication of Site Managers around the UK to building high-quality homes and are presented following a rigorous judging process by NHBC inspectors. The Quality Awards are the first stage of the Pride in the Job competition and were presented to 450 of 11,500 Site Managers from around the country. Nineteen of our Site Managers went on to win a Seal of Excellence Award in the next level of assessment.

Ryan Dunn and Dean Chinsky have been recognised as one of the top Site Managers in London and the South East respectively after being announced as Regional Award winners in the latest stage of the competition.

Ryan oversees work at our Aspyre development in Chelmsford. He said: “Winning the NHBC Pride in the Job Regional Award is a great honour for the whole team and a reward for the commitment given by all departments, subcontractors and consultants. It means our customers at Aspyre can be sure that their new homes are of the highest quality.”

This is the second year in a row that Dean, who is based at our Oakleigh Grove development in Whetstone has won a Regional Award. He says:“Winning the first stage Quality Award is a huge achievement, but going further in the competition and winning the Regional Award for the second year running is unbelievable. It’s a testament to all involved in the project and I am very proud of what we have achieved.”

Dean and Ryan are now in contention for the Pride in the Job Supreme Award, which will be announced during a gala final in early 2021. We are proud of every one of our Site Managers and their teams who have been recognised for their achievements this year.
