Phase 1

Wolsey Grange is a thoughtfully designed new community of homes which connects seamlessly with the local countryside and existing town. The development will be split into 3 phases. We’re currently selling homes in phase 1, with contemporary homes thoughtfully designed with a mixture of red and buff brick and white render and home designs that provide space to work from home.

There will be a new play area on phase 1 providing a fun and safe space for children to enjoy the outdoors, whilst the balancing pond ensures good drainage for residents and offers green space for wildlife to flourish.

Highway Improvements
