Welcome to Dunfermline
Dunfermline offers the ideal balance of convenience, history and green space. Just a short drive from our proposed development, Whitefield Gate, the city provides supermarkets, healthcare and leisure facilities, with excellent road and rail links for commuting to Edinburgh and beyond. Families benefit from strong education options, including local Primary Schools and the nearby Dunfermline Learning Campus. With parks, heritage sites and a friendly community feel, it’s a great place to call home.Local investment
A home is more than just a house, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. And that’s why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
Supporting Woodmill High School's Community Garden
Our team of volunteers recently returned to Woodmill High School’s community garden in Dunfermline, offering hands-on help to further develop the school’s much-loved allotment space.Building on last year’s successful volunteering day, four staff members spent time weeding, digging, planting and refreshing growing areas to ensure the garden is ready for pupils to enjoy as they return after the summer break. The team’s continued support reflects our commitment to community engagement and sustainability across the region.
We were delighted to welcome Taylor Wimpey East Scotland’s volunteers back to our garden. Their enthusiasm and hard work made a real difference, and the extra help means our students will return to a vibrant, well-prepared space ready for autumn planting. The allotment continues to be a special project for our school community, and having committed partners like Taylor Wimpey East Scotland makes all the difference.
