Learn about our plans for an exciting new community in Warwick
Welcome to semi-rural living at The Asps
Situated on the southern fringes of the historic market town of Warwick, The Asps will be a stunning new community.
The development of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes will be nestled in the picturesque countryside of Shakespeare’s Warwickshire, yet within easy reach of both Warwick and the regency jewel of Royal Leamington Spa.
Close to the ancient River Avon, The Asps will be a short distance from the world-renowned tourist attraction of Warwick Castle, and also within easy reach of well-regarded primary and secondary schools.
Those living in the new community will benefit from landscaped parkland, a playground, an outdoor gym and allotments.
The Asps is a commuter’s dream, being close to the M40, for London, Oxford and Birmingham, while Warwick railway station is also within easy reach.

In both towns there is a wide range of retail, employment, education, community and other facilities, perfect for growing families.
Open Spaces Open Spaces
Ensuring our residents and the local community have access to beautiful green open spaces is a key consideration.
Whilst the site is close to the Town Centres of both Warwick and Leamington Spa, The Asps sits in the open countryside, where there are wide protected tree belts and landscaping features and large areas to remain in agricultural use.Sustainability Sustainability We’re committed to building greener, healthier homes for us all.
