Mark (39) and Leanne (34) have made the move into their forever family home.The family moved into the Braxton Special housetype, a three-storey, three-bedroom home ideal for families. Mark told us: “We chose the Braxton Special because of the layout and the amount of space it offers. The design feels modern and practical, and we especially liked the open feel of the home and the way the rooms are laid out across the different floors. The real selling point for us was the master bedroom with the ensuite, the whole house really had the wow factor.”
Leanne added: “The top floor bedroom was one of the biggest selling points for us. It gives the home a really spacious feel and creates a private area that feels separate from the rest of the house. It’s one of our favourite features.
“We love having the extra separation of space. The layout makes the home feel much bigger and gives each area its own purpose, while still feeling connected and cosy.”

Supporting Wymondham
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local causes, read about the groups we've supported in Wymondham.
We have arranged a visit with newly opened Sifield Oak Primary school to receive a tour and talk of our specially-built Technical House at The Alders, showing the exciting stages of building a new home. Pupils aged four and five visited the development and received an educational talk and house tour from Site Manager, Lee Moore.
For Road Safety Week, we donated reflective wristbands and keyrings to across Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 pupils at Browick Road Primary school. Students were able to use these items to stay visible and safe around school grounds and local roads, especially during the dark winter months.
Celebrating our award winning Site Manager
Lee Moore is celebrating after winning a Pride in the Job 2025 Quality Award from the National House-Building Council (NHBC), recognising their outstanding work at The Alders in Wymondham.
This award honours excellence in site management and build quality, placing Ben in the top 5% of site managers in the UK. Now in its 45th year and widely considered the ‘Oscars’ of the house-building industry, Pride in the Job celebrates site managers’ dedication to raising standards in house building, showcasing best practice and rewarding excellence. Judging is rigorous and thousands of inspections have taken place to determine the 450 award winners from a field of circa 8,200 sites.
Lee Moore said: “It’s an honour to have received a Quality Award from the NHBC. The whole team at [development name] is passionate about building high quality homes and I’m delighted that our efforts have been recognised. For me, being acknowledged as one of the top site managers not only in the local area, but across the UK, is a true career highlight and something I’m extremely proud of.”
