Masterplan
The development will provide 227 new homes with a mix of styles in our new house type range to appeal to a wide range of buyers which will be within an attractive landscape setting.
Take a look at our new range of homes.
The development will provide generous public open space connected by green networks that include new pedestrian and cycle links, as well as pocket parks and an equipped play area for the enjoyment of the new and existing community. There will also be the provision of a new community space as well as the associated infrastructure required for a development of this scale. We are undertaking a programme of preparation work for our development, which includes some essential tree removal. We apologise for any inconvenience.
In addition, through engagement with the Community Council, approximately 0.9 hectares of land at Briarcroft will be transferred from Taylor Wimpey to the community. This will help facilitate a range of new community uses including a garden, exercise area and memorial. We have also agreed to provide safe crossing points over Robroyston Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling.

Street scenes
Our neighbourhood has been thoughtfully designed to create character and a sense of place.
Our homes have been designed with a mixture of white render and stone brickwork. The varied positioning of the homes provides enhanced character and an easy place to find your way around.
The development has been designed with the community in mind. Its emphasis on landscape, the sizing of the play areas, and the provision of extensive footpath links, will all promote community life.
Lumloch Grove has also been designed to create a sense of place and maximises the latest Scottish Government Planning Policy for Designing Streets.

About our proposals features
Connectivity
We understand that any new development will have an impact on the existing community and we have carefully considered this within our proposals.
We have agreed to provide three safe crossing points over Robroyston Road and Lumloch Road, which will connect to existing and improved footpath network to allow the community to safely access schools, public transport, local services and facilities by walking and cycling. A financial contribution of c.£55k towards the Park and Ride at Robroyston will further benefit the connectivity of the community. There will also be the provision of a new community space as well as the associated infrastructure required for a development of this scale.
Economic benefits
We aim to support the communities in which we build. One way we do this is by providing new facilities that local people will benefit from.
As part of these discussions at our consultation events, and needs identified in the wider area, c. 0.9 hectares of land currently under Taylor Wimpey ownership will be transferred to the local community, as part of the agreed S75. This will help facilitate a range of new community uses including a garden, exercise area and memorial. In addition, three crossing points will be built in Robroyston Road and Lumloch Road, plus a financial contribution of c.£55k towards the Park and Ride at Robroyston.
