About the development
Site plan

Local investment
A home is more than just a house, it's also about the community that surrounds it. And that's why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
Personalise your home
Customise your new home using our Options Online tool in your Touchpoint account, before you move in. The earlier you reserve your new home, the more options you'll be able to choose because we build in the options as we go. This means you can have the home you love, in the style you love, from the day you pick up your keys.
Supporting the local community
We have donated £250 to King Alfred District Scouts as part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community surrounding our Downland development in Kingsgrove.
Our donation will go towards the pot of funding used to help offset the increasing running costs at King Alfred District Scouts' headquarters in Wantage. The money will help the group continue to provide local young people with unique experiences and fun and educational activities.
With its headquarters located just over a mile away from Downland, King Alfred District Scouts has seven Scout Groups and four Explorer Scout Units.
