The appearance of the final 120 new homes at Barley Grange will be reflective of the local area and the existing three phases already completed by us.  Phase 4 will have distinct character areas such as ‘Gateway’, ‘Village Square’ and ‘Main Avenue’. You’ll find new pathways throughout Barley Grange linking you to open green spaces as well as the existing facilities which help support a strong sense of community.  We’ve been building this new community since 2016.
