We’re working with Sage Homes to offer a helping hand to buyers through Home Stepper, a shared ownership scheme. Eligible customers will be able to purchase a 60% share on selected Taylor Wimpey homes in various locations around the UK. Sage Homes will then charge a low rent on the unowned share, making home ownership more achievable.
