All properties within Arc Court are now sold.
For those customers who have already secured a property, a reservation fee of £2,500 and two forms of ID are required:
• A valid passport or photo driving licence
• Original utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
Following your reservation, contracts will be issued to your chosen solicitor with the exchange of contracts required within 28 days (21 days for investors) on a 10% deposit. For those who do not have a preferred solicitor, Taylor Wimpey will be happy to provide you details of firms they recommend.
With completion of the properties estimated for December 2015 / January 2016 we do require all buyers who will be purchasing with mortgage funds to have an offer in place prior to exchange of contracts.
