Heading East on the A69, take the exit towards the B6528.Turn right onto Oatens Bank, then at the crossroads turn left onto the B6528. Follow the B6528 for a mile and a half, then turn right onto Holeyn Hall Road. Follow the road for 1 mile, where it will then change to Church Road. At the crossroads, turn left on to Main Road, which will turn into Station Road and then Greenwell Terrace. You will arrive at Valley Rise on your left, just after Kingsley Park.

Much needed support for a local association

Clara Vale Village Hall Association, near Crawcrook, contacted us for assistance with much-needed remedial works, as our Valley Rise development is only a short distance away.

We were only too happy to contribute £1,000 to be used to fund renovations such as repairing ceilings, rewiring and decorating the building, as well as upgrading the dated lighting.

Olwen Pollinger, trustee for the Clara Vale Village Hall Association, explains: “With Taylor Wimpey commencing works on new homes half a mile away from our beloved community hall we approached the team for help with our fundraising mission. We were thrilled when their response was so positive!...

Help to Buy: Equity Loan
