In late 2023, he decided it was time to sell his old home and began exploring new housing options that would be perfect for his family. Woodside Gardens caught his eye due to its open, quiet ambiance.
Andy's first visit to the Woodside Gardens sales office set the tone for a positive experience. "Michelle, the lovely sales lady, welcomed me with a warm smile. She explained the available houses, the schemes Taylor Wimpey offers, and the included extras."Andy scheduled a visit to see the Braxton, a 2.5 storey three-bedroom house type.
"As soon as I stepped into the Braxton, I could see the quality. The main bedroom is huge, and the upgraded kitchen is very modern. The open-plan design of the kitchen and dining area is perfect for my family, providing a great space for us to spend time together and entertain guests."

Stamp Duty savings are ending soon..
Stamp duty rates in the UK are set to change after 31 March 2025. The temporary adjustments to the stamp duty thresholds that were introduced in September 2022 will expire on that date.
Specifically, the nil-rate threshold for stamp duty on residential properties will revert from £250,000 to £125,000. For first-time buyers, the nil-rate threshold will drop from £425,000 to £300,000, and the maximum property value for which first-time buyer relief can be claimed will decrease from £625,000 to £500,000.
