Our proposals for Ember Mews

The Master Plan

We want to create a thriving new community at Ember Mews, where the land has the benefit of having outline planning permission for residential development.

Ember Mews is allocated for residential development as part of a larger regeneration of the former Prince of Wales Colliery by Harworth Estates. The development will provide a mix of high quality houses, as well as a number of affordable homes.

Street Scenes

The appearance of the new homes will be reflective of the local area and we’ll use locally sourced materials to ensure the development is in keeping with existing houses nearby.
