The Woodlands will be located adjacent to South Marston, an appealing semi-rural location just four miles north-east of Swindon town centre. The Woodlands will form part of the New Eastern Villages (NEV) - one of the largest greenfield developments in the country consisting of 8,000 homes, new schools, employment spaces as well community and leisure facilities.

The development will be just off the A420 offering easy access to Oxford and only five miles from Junction 15 of the M4 providing connections to Bristol and London. The Woodlands will be just five miles from Swindon train station, offering direct trains to Bristol, Reading and London.

We are working closely with Swindon District Council to develop plans for an exciting new community at the New Eastern Villages (NEV), Rowborough and South Marston Expansion in Swindon.

Our proposals across for the development include plans for up to 1,064 properties, a mixture of one-to-five-bedroom homes, which are perfect for young and growing families. We will also provide affordable housing properties for local people in need. Once complete, the entire development will consist of up to 2,380 homes.

The wider development will include plans for a mixed-use local centres/area, two primary schools, green infrastructure including formal (including playing fields) and informal open space, landscape, biodiversity, and amenity space; play areas and sports facilities.
