Supporting the local community
At the launch of phase 2 of our Ravensheugh development, we teamed up with First Step Community Project in Musselburgh to donate £25 for each new home sold and legally completed in this phase of our development in nearby Wallyford.
We donated the first tranche of £1,275 in February 2024, and in total, a grand sum of £3,725 will be paid to First Step as work at phase two of the development progresses.
Welcome to the neighbourhood
A desire for more space to grow and make the move out of Edinburgh signalled the time for David and Hannah to embark on their latest property adventure. The couple always had a plan to take a step up the property ladder after Hannah finished her university studies. The couple lived for five years in a two-bedroom flat in Edinburgh and during the pandemic their desire to move out of the city and get more for their money took on a whole new importance. Hannah explains: "We’ve always had a plan to move out of Edinburgh when the time felt right.
