Hayley and Daniel welcome a spring baby at Spring Walk

Hayley Pearson and her partner Daniel Colbourn welcomed a new arrival to their family this spring, shortly after moving into their brand new home at Spring Walk.
The young couple moved into their three-bedroom ‘Denford’ property in September 2014, and had their daughter Savannah-Rose just seven months later in March – a new spring baby for their new home at Spring Walk!
Hayley says: “We originally bought this property before I was pregnant, because we knew a three-bedroom house would offer us more of the space we needed and it was somewhere we would be able to live long-term, so when I did fall pregnant we were so glad we did choose this house!
“Spring Walk is a lovely development –it’s always tidy and we have so many great amenities close by. We have shops and supermarkets right on our doorstep, as well as a bus stop nearby and the local primary and secondary schools are only a five-minute walk away.”
Their property is the couple’s first home together, after both moved out from their family homes, but as Hayley and Daniel grew up in the surrounding areas of Willenhall they wanted to remain close by to their friends and relatives.
Hayley says: “We bought a new-build house from Taylor Wimpey because it was so convenient for us as everything was sorted out as soon as we moved in – when we first viewed the house we were really impressed at how spacious it was yet it was still affordable, and we’re only a 10 minute walk from my parents’ house.
“We absolutely love our new home – the living room is situated at the back of the house so we have the French doors opening out to the garden, plus we have a downstairs cloakroom and en-suite bathroom so there’s always enough space.”
Hayley adds: “Taylor Wimpey was so helpful when we were buying our house, all of the staff were absolutely great and we had no issues whatsoever. We love life in our new home and since moving in we’ve had no complaints.”
