Land off Birmingham Road, Hatton
We have drawn up proposals for a new development of 150 high-quality homes on land North of Birmingham Road, Hatton.
The site sits among a small residential development in the heart of Hatton called Hatton Park. It is bordered by arable fields to the North and East and partially to the South.
The site is subject to adoption in the Warwickshire District Local Plan during September. We propose to submit a Full planning application for a residential development. The application will seek to deal with all detailed issues including Drainage, Landscape, Noise, Ecology, Sustainability and Infrastructure.
Under our proposals, 40% of the new homes on our development will be provided as affordable housing, to be administered by a council-approved housing association for local people in housing need.
