Land North of Golf Drive, Nuneaton

Land north of Golf Drive - Nuneaton - Warwickshire - CV11 6NH

Taylor Wimpey is preparing early proposals for a development of approximately 621 dwellings on land north of Golf Drive, Nuneaton.

  • Overview

Land north of Golf Drive, Nuneaton

We are preparing early proposals for a development of approximately 621 homes on land north of Golf Drive, Nuneaton, along with the potential for a new GP surgery, new community hall, a range of play facilities, allotments and publicly accessible open space.

The site has been allocated for housing development in the Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Local Plan, which is designed to strategically plan growth in the borough between 2011 and 2031 in order to meet housing and employment needs.

We held a public exhibition to allow local people to comment on our proposal at Whitestone Community Centre, Magyar Crescent, Nuneaton on Monday 25th November 2019.

You can download the exhibition boards from the consultation here.

Feedback received on the day will help inform our planning application ahead of submission to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council in early 2020.
