Family find dream home at Pine Trees
Owen and Louise, along with their two sons, are settling into life in their dream Malting home at our Pine Trees development.
The family moved from a three bedroom mid terrace house to their four bedroom detached home after wanting more space to suit their family lifestyle.
Louise said: "When we decided to start looking for a new home, we knew that we wanted an extra bedroom, a bigger kitchen/diner and a larger garden. Not only have we found this but we have the added bonus of a utility room and home office. The house looks over the beautiful countryside and the boys love watching the wildlife that visits us."

We help customer find her dream home
Liz Tunley (29) has made the first step towards moving into her dream home at our Pine Trees development in High Wycombe.
Moving away from her two bedroom flat in Wooburn Green, Liz secured her home with the help of our Easymover scheme and is due to move into her new four bedroom Palm house type in Spring 2021.
Commenting on her journey so far, Liz commented: “I always said that I would only move away from my flat when I found a home that “top trumped” it and I have found exactly that at Pine Trees. I was really impressed by the specifications and value for money that was offered by Taylor Wimpey and that’s what drew me to start searching for my new house.”

Ayodeji and Ariyike (both 39) along with their two children, are excited to make the move to their dream home at our Pine Trees development in early 2021.
After deciding that it was the best time to purchase their forever home, the family were keen to find a home off plan that they could make unique to them and found this with the semi-detached Aster house type.
Commenting on her their journey so far, Ayodeji said: "It is an extremely satisfying feeling knowing that we are a part of the build process and, as with any off plan home, we had the option to choose our own fixtures and fittings."
