Local investment
A home is more than just a house, it's also about the community that surrounds it. And that's why we invest in building communities that support local businesses, improve facilities in the area and help bring people together.
Our contributions to the community
Across the Bristol region, we have supported numerous organisations and charities throughout 2024 to make a difference within the community.Among the causes we supported last year was our Charity of the Year for 2024, Caring in Bristol. Back in December, we donated £2,000 as well as clothing to Caring in Bristol, a charity that supports homeless and vulnerable people across the region.
Over the course of last year, we donated approximately £20,000 to community groups, causes and schools including Quedegley Community Pantry, Children’s Hospice South West, Avon & Somerset Search and Rescue and Nailsea in Bloom among others.
Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol said: “At Taylor Wimpey, we’re passionate about supporting the communities close to our developments across the Bristol region. We’re honoured to have been able to support so many important causes over the course of 2024 and we’re looking forward to furthering our support during the coming year.”
What our customers say
Trustpilot feedback
"We are currently in the process of buying a property, and so far the experience has been smooth and really positive. Stacey and Kath have been great and very accommodating, they’re always there to check in and make sure everything is going ok! Really looking forward to seeing the build stages of the house, and the progress."
"Having looked around for a new build to move to we came across Taylor Whimpey at Ladden Garden Village Yate Bristol. From the moment we entered the Sales Office we were put at ease by Kath, Sam and Shannon. Having looked for a detached house we looked at the 4 Bedroom Town house, which we fell in love with. We then went on numerous occasions to make sure this is what we required Always welcome at the Sales Office. We then decided that this was right for us and proceeded to purchase the property having sold our own property. We are now waiting for the property to be finished. So far so good ,very helpful through the process, nothing is too much trouble."
We use customer feedback to help us do the best job possible.
We’re so confident in our service that we welcome Trustpilot reviews from all customers. Listening to your feedback and making sure you’re happy helps us to improve our service and allows us to continue leading the industry.
