    New Taylor Wimpey homes bring almost £850,000 investment to Stratford

    Taylor Wimpey West Midlands is investing almost £850,000 in local community facilities as part of a major new homes development which is taking shape in Stratford-upon-Avon. 

    The Poppy Meadow development is delivering high-quality homes plus a host of amenities to the community – including financial contributions for the local area totalling £846,192.

    The money being pledged by Taylor Wimpey in association with the development includes £596,180 towards education, £130,592 for transport improvements, £60,000 towards public open space and £20,520 towards library facilities.

    In addition, 39 of the 106 new homes to be constructed at the development will be designated as affordable housing.
