Matthew and Annette get Help to Buy
“As first-time buyers we took advantage of Help to Buy, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The Sales Executive, Amanda, was very informative and helpful, and everything was made very straightforward for us.
“We just happened to be passing by the development not long after the homes had first gone on sale, so we decided to go and have a look for ourselves. Because we’d got in early, we had the pick of the plots. We wanted a traditional build with lots of character, so this house really impressed us.
“We love the style of the house, such as its stone-coloured blocks, spacious bedrooms and attractive garden. We also thought the development was really well laid out, so we knew it was the place for us.
“I’m a principal designer in the construction industry, but I work mainly from home, so I don’t have to worry too much about commuting, but Annette works as a teacher at Bridgetown Primary School and Stratford Leisure Centre, so she will have a short commute into town. We feel that the development is in a good location for travelling to Stratford but we also like the fact that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
“There are lots of useful amenities close by, like shops and schools for the kids. There is also a pub within walking distance, which will be nice to walk to in the summer months.”
